Do I need to wait for the convocation ceremony before I get my Statement of Results or Certificate?

a. You have to wait until after convocation ceremony before you are issued your degree certificate because your name must appear on the convocation brochure.

b. You do not need to wait for graduation to collect your statement of result. Statement of result can be issued to you immediately after your year one results have been approved by the senate, on request; and payment of service charge as appropriate.
